Lisa's Bee Farm Local Tulip Poplar Honey is unlike anything you have ever tasted. It is rare because you can only get it for a very short time in the spring once a year. Making it even more rare is the fact most beekeepers allow this honey to get mixed into the summer honey and you never get to taste the variance in blossom variety. Pale yellow in color and unrivaled in sweetness, this honey is pure and sure to please those who have a sweet tooth craving. Drizzle on your morning toast, into your tea or add to your favorite home baked goods. Your taste buds will thank you.

Lisa's Bee Farm Honey is raw and unheated. The Tulip Poplar honey has not been strained or filtered so it is all in there from the propolis and pollen to the small flower pieces and wax comb bits. The farm is an organic farm and no pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides, (or "cides" of any kind) are used in the hives or on the farm. All the propolis, good bacterias, trace minerals, antioxidants, and pollen are left in the honey. This year we are going completely unfiltered. You get more pollen and propolis chunks that way! To avoid crystalization simply place the glass bottle in a warm water bath with temperatures no higher than 110 degrees fahrenheit. The crystals will melt and the honey will become like a syrup again. If you like the crystalized form you can use it as a spread. Crystals can be fun, besides... it will melt once you add it to your favorite tea anyway.
